BJC is hiring for a Sailpoint Architect. We are looking for 5-10 years of SailPoint Identity

IQ Administration and Architecture. This is a remote position.

The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the hands‑on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s SailPoint Identity

IQ–based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ administration and architecture.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles.
• Experience with Active Directory, role‑based access control, and group management.
• Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale identity platforms and access governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Windows server administration and patching.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.
