Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Francisco, California. The role focuses on customer service, providing a welcoming experience for guests, managing access control, and maintaining a safe environment during scheduled shifts (Friday to Tuesday, 3:30 PM to 12:00).

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide them
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid high school diploma or GED
• Corporate or home office experience is a plus
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Preferred: prior security, military, law enforcement experience
• Current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card) and 32‑hour security training (additional training may be provided during onboarding)
