Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. A key focus of this role is customer service while working at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments. Strong communication skills, the ability to build connections with guests, and a commitment to protecting people and property are essential.

• Set schedule: 16 hours per week, Saturday - Sunday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 am

• Customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of security experience required
• 21+ years old and vaccinated
• Corporate/Home Office experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is an advantage
• Current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour security trainings; additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding
