Compensation: $80 - $120 per hour

Engagement: Part-time (20-30 hours/week with 2 hours overlap with PST timezone)

We are seeking experienced Private Investigators, Loss Prevention Specialists, or Security Managers to contribute to projects aimed at improving AI-driven fraud detection, risk assessment, and retail and corporate security operations. No prior AI experience is required.

• Design and solve real-world retail investigation and loss prevention scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering surveillance methods, fraud analysis, evidence handling, and incident reporting.
• Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, compliance with consumer protection laws, and operational relevance.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of security procedures, investigative best practices, and ethical standards.

• 4+ years of experience as a Private Investigator, Loss Prevention Specialist, or Security Manager in retail or corporate settings.
• Valid investigator or security license (where required).
• Strong understanding of fraud detection, retail theft prevention, and evidence documentation.
• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
• Work fully remotely with a flexible schedule.
