The Opportunity

The Trust & Safety (T&S) Lead plays an important role in protecting our customers, employees, and the community from abuse of Flock’s solutions, and help to create a safe platform experience so that all of our users around the world are empowered to enjoy their experience on our platform, every day. This role is on the Information Security and Risk team which works cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to keep users safe on our platform.

This will be an individual contributor role.

The Skillset

• Experience managing multiple projects end to end, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, track deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working with content moderation or online operations tooling and working closely with Product / Engineering to manage projects that improve safety and user experience
• Strong analytical skills, including working with large data sets to solve business problems, and providing practical business insights (Advanced EXCEL, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Experience in process optimization projects and identifying performance improvement or automation opportunities
• Highly attentive to detail, with ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing features / bugs accordingly
• Shown ability to work directly with all cross-functional teams and management
• Self-Starter – takes initiative to identify opportunities to improve or build on processes and work products
