Location: Pittsburg
The State of Oklahoma seeks a full-time Correctional Officer to maintain security and control within a correctional facility. Applicants must be willing to attend an 8-week live-in academy in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include supervising inmates, conducting counts, and maintaining order. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent education, along with additional training. This position is on-site at the Jack Brannon Correctional Center and does not offer remote work.
Compensation starts at $44,680.90 annually and includes full benefits.
