Role Overview
The Security Manager assists in implementing and administering policies and programs related to the Bank's Security and Safety Program. They will work with the Security Technology team to resolve security technology outages and assist with security system design/upgrades. The Security Manager will also provide security training and updates on ongoing security procedures.
What You Will DoPrimary responsibilities include responding to security-related issues, such as bank robberies and workplace violence events, and providing security training and updates. The Security Manager will also perform facility security audits/surveys and assist with the research and installation of new security equipment.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in a security department, with a specialization in training on audit/security subject matter. They will also have excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
