• Provide safety and security services to ensure the well‑being of people and property.
• Patrol assigned areas and enforce rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergency requests and alarms, offering assistance and coordination.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy while balancing challenges in the hospital environment.

• High School Diploma, GED, or related vocational training is required.
• Associate’s degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or military service is preferred.

• One year of experience with knowledge of private security functions, obtained through education or work experience such as military, public safety, or fire department, is preferred.

• Valid state driver’s license and insurability to operate hospital vehicles.
• Complete Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) Certification within the first 90 days of employment (preferred if utilized at the affiliate).
