Remote Guard Center Operator

Tri State

The RGC Operator is responsible for reviewing incoming video alarm notifications and responding according to the standard operating procedures. The primary focus is customer service and satisfaction.

• Actively tracking, verifying, and acting upon video alert signals received from customer locations.
• Managing a medium to high volume of calls.
• Communicating with law enforcement, customers, and other emergency personnel.
• Following standard operating procedures.

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent.
• Computer savvy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• $23-$25 per hour
