Hub Spot is seeking a Manager, Security GRC on the Compliance Onboarding & Readiness team. This hands-on, player-coach role leads a GRC sub-team and also contributes as an IC to design, test, and automate high-risk controls across AWS and modern engineering environments.
You will shift onboarding to continuous compliance via telemetry, partner with Product, Engineering, and Fin Ops, and drive proactive pre-audit alignment while building a unified view of security health across Hub Spot.
