Join our growing team as a Security Administrator II. Responsibilities What you get to do every day:
Classified Facility and Systems Security
* Provide infrastructure support for TS/SCI and SAP facilities: install DoD-compliant workstation and server images for DoD and COTS applications supporting SAP projects and the standalone TS/SCI network.

* Complete DoD system operations and procedures documentation for accreditation, and produce security reports for server and workstation accreditation using DoD scanning tools under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

* Maintain secure environments for SAP execution and keep SAPFs aligned with DoD security directives, policies, and procedures, including the NISPOM.

* Enforce special requirements, capabilities, and procedures inside SCIFs and SAPFs for meetings, presentations, and briefings.

* Manage suite security and resolve complex security issues, including security training, storage, handling, and disposal of classified materials.

* Support JDS technical and analytical requirements as they arise, plus COR-directed ad hoc tasks on a mutually agreed timeline (conference and training briefings, documentation updates, security analysis, patching, upgrades, emergency response). PCAT Office Security and Facilities Management (TS/SCI)
* Own security management for the PCAT TS/SCI facility: governing policy, procedures, and credentials; support to accreditation and inspection; and enforcement of security procedures for staff and visitors.

* Complete monthly facility safety checks, including fire extinguishers, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with CDAO, Facilities, Joint Staff J-6, and CAPE Security.

* Process paperwork for security procedures and Mark Center access for PCAT in- and out-processing, and enter personnel into CAPE's PIP and POP tools.

* Provide facilities support: office repairs, furniture requests, inventory, and office supplies.

Provide customer support and escort services for official and service visitors, including VAR submission, parking, and related logistics.

* Support ad hoc PCAT leadership requests, including backing up other members of the operations team.
Administrative and Business Process Support
* Run day-to-day knowledge and content management for JDS, including the organizational calendar, project tracking, conference schedules, conference room and VTC requirements, visit access requests, and office supply acquisition.

* Support management body meetings at JDS: agendas, dates and locations, room scheduling, access control during heavy visitor traffic, membership communications, briefing materials, action item tracking, and posting materials to the JDS website.

* Support meetings, seminars, symposia, workshops, working groups, war games, and off-sites through facilitation, presentation, and subject matter expertise, plus desktop operations, request processing, scheduling, facility arrangements, read-ahead materials, minutes, and after-action reports.

* Provide ad hoc administrative and content management support to partner organizations in the strategic analysis community.
