GSOC Lead Analyst

Help protect our people, places, and operations around the world. As a GSOC Lead Analyst, you will bring calm, sound judgment, and expert coordination to high-impact security and life-safety events. You will guide shift-level response in a fast-moving, 24/7 environment, partner across the enterprise, and help the team learn and improve after every event.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full incident lifecycle, from detection and validation through triage, response, escalation, stakeholder updates, and post-incident records.
  • Serve as the senior shift resource and provide clear decision support during urgent or complex events, without direct supervisory authority.
  • Serve as the GSOC Supervisor and direct contract personnel to support coverage, continuity, and time-sensitive decisions.
  • Turn security, travel, geopolitical, criminal, and natural-hazard information into practical recommendations for enterprise partners.
  • Deliver timely incident alerts, executive updates, situation reports, and requests for emergency support.
  • Partner with Global Security and Aviation, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, Facilities, Business Continuity, and Information Technology during critical events.
  • Strengthen GSOC performance by reviewing incident records, intelligence products, operator communications, and mass notifications for quality and accuracy.
  • Use dashboards, service measures, and operational reports to spot gaps, recommend improvements, and support data quality.
  • Help build team readiness through operator training, scenario exercises, knowledge checks, drills, and coaching.
  • Monitor GSOC system health, address issues within approved authority, and escalate concerns to technology teams, facilities partners, or vendors.
  • Support after-action reviews, corrective actions, audits, technology upgrades, process redesign, and program improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security operations, emergency management, a GSOC, command center, public safety, or a similar 24/7 setting.
  • 5+ years of experience providing operational leadership, incident coordination, training, or senior-level support in a control center or similarly complex setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of incident management, critical-event communication, escalation protocols, and physical security technologies.
  • Demonstrated skill in threat intelligence, geopolitical risk assessment, crisis management, and approved open-source research.
  • Experience using dashboards, analytics, service measures, and reports to improve operational performance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing needs during fast-changing events.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, incident management platforms, and common GSOC technologies.
  • Ability to work assigned nights, weekends, and holidays; support a 24/7 operation; join an on-call rotation; and assist with emergency response exercises and urgent needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in criminal justice, emergency management, security management, intelligence studies, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting travel risk, employee safety, facility security, business continuity, technology implementation, system upgrades, or process improvement.
