The Industrial Security team is a highly specialized security team responsible for managing Anduril’s cleared personnel, classified programs, and secure facilities. ABOUTTHE JOB
Anduril Industries is seeking a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our rapidly growing team at our Headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. The Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for implementing the DoD industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. Candidates will interface with all levels of personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) and Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
The position requires a self-motivated candidate that can work in an independent or team environment. The candidate will be required to work with the Anduril FSO team and the Deputy Director of Industrial Security as well as interface with all facets of Anduril leadership, from Senior Management Officers, to Program Managers, to Legal, People, Mission Assurance, IT, Physical Security, and more.
- Submit sponsorship packages for new FCLs; submit documentation for new Anduril FCLs when required
- Manage acquisitions, ensuring new CAGE codes are issued, contracts are novated, DD254s are revised, SF312 and organizational structures are updated, and DCSA and other customers requests are met.
- Manage the master list of Anduril DD254s and Security Classification Guides (SCGs). Create and update Anduril DD254s for the Home Office/Headquarters, as delineated. Analyze DD254s to ensure fidelity and accuracy.
- Act as a member of the FOCI Council, ensuring all FOCI requirements are met for the company
- Manage international contracts and proposals
- Work with business lines to ensure the Security Department is aware of upcoming requirements
- Update SF312s and work with Legal to ensure Anduril organizational structure is updated with DCSA at all times
- Work with the SETA team and program managers to develop Security Classification Guide (SCG) training, CUI training, and OPSEC training.
- Manage and maintain NISS for the Home Office.
- Provide inputs to the security sections in response to Request for Proposals (RFP), Broad Agency Announcements (BAA), and other documentation as needed.
- Develop and maintain an OPSEC program for the company
- Work with a variety of stakeholders and collaborators including but not limited to:
Program Management, Classified IT, Classified Networks/Mission Assurance, Insider Threat and Counterintelligence, Physical Security, Legal - Review performance work statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW) for contracts and ensure properly executed DD Form 254s.
