We are seeking a highly motivated Classification Technical Reviewer to join our team. In this critical role, you will help identify and protect our nation
¿ s secrets.

• Analyze scientific and engineering publications to identify sensitive (classified and unclassified) information in compliance with sponsor requirements, federal laws, and regulations, while considering publicly available research.
• Evaluate scientific advancements, technologies, and information requiring protection in the interest of national security.
• Develop and maintain classification guidance for both technical and non-technical information, supporting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and other government agencies.
• Create and deliver classification guidance training and briefings.
• Collaborate with the DOE
  ¿ s classification community and other government agencies to resolve classification issues.
• Review and approve materials for Unclassified Unlimited Release (UUR) and other designations for dissemination outside Sandia National Laboratories (SNL).
• Assess Security Incident Management Program (SIMP) incidents.
• Review and approve Contract Security Classification Specification (CSCS) forms.
• Serve as a Derivative Classifier (DC) up to Top Secret Restricted Data (TSRD) and as a Derivative Declassifier (DD).
• Serve as an Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information (UCNI) Reviewing Official (RO).
• Based on competency, will be given an opportunity to serve as an embedded Classification Technical Reviewer in one of Sandia
  ¿ s high priority classified programs.
• Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must work onsite (SNL/NM) 100% of the time.
