Security Operations Associate; Fully Remote

• Maintain operational and administrative oversight of assigned security projects from inception to completion.
• Manage client and vendor communications, ensuring Salesforce and SharePoint are accurate and current.

• Administer tasks such as car and driver, close protection, and meet-and-greet services.
• Create and manage cases, risk assessments, and liaise with clients to gather requirements and validate quotations.

• Assist with operational security requests via Everbridge Assist.
• Provide initial acknowledgment and setup for short-notice requests.

• Monitor communication channels and review purchase order reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across all systems.
