Civils Ganger / Skilled Operative
Responsibilities- General groundworks and excavation
- Roadworks and surfacing
- Outdoor, hands‑on work in all conditions
- Working away from home as required
- Competitive hourly rate
- Company van & fuel card provided
- Travel and accommodation fully covered when working away
- Long‑term, ongoing work with the opportunity for a permanent role
- Proven experience in civils / groundworks
- Comfortable working outdoors all day
- Happy to work away from home during the week
