This is a full-time hybrid role for a Security Alarm Service Technician based in the Greater Chicago Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Security Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of security alarm systems. Additionally, the role includes providing on-site field services and excellent customer support to ensure client satisfaction and system functionality.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of security alarm systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in performing Field Service duties, including on-site system checks and installations
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications or training in security systems or related fields are a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Chicago Area
