JRT Mechanical is hiring a HVAC/Mechanical Estimator to support our Service Division and small-to-mid size projects. This role includes job walks, estimating, customer interaction, and coordination with Project Managers.
Responsibilities- Walk job sites and develop scopes of work
- Prepare estimates and proposals (Excel, Service Titan)
- Support service work orders and larger bid projects
- Coordinate with Project Managers on job handoff
- Communicate with customers and support ongoing accounts
- Strong HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical background
- Experience in service, estimating, or field leadership
- Ability to visualize and plan work from job walks
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Service Titan experience
- Previous field experience (Foreman, Lead, or Technician)
- Based in Pasco with regular field visits
- Mix of office work, job walks, and customer interaction
- Construction sites and occupied facilities
