In this strategic position, you'll engage extensively with high-tech machinery across various customer facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, online, and email
• Travel to customer sites for on-site interventions
• Supply spare part codes and approve warranty parts
• Manage intervention workflow and feedback processes
• Collaborate directly with European teams as needed
Requirements:
• 2-year degree in mechanical or electrical technology
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical devices
• Proficiency in PC communications and MS Office
• Valid passport and driver’s license for travel
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
