Job DescriptionThis is a remote position. You thrived in high-pressure environments where precision and technical excellence weren't optional — they were the mission. We're placing a Field Service Engineer with a global leader in materials testing technology, based out of Kennesaw, GA and deploying nationwide to install, calibrate, and support advanced testing systems across diverse industries. What You'll Do:
Install, service, and repair testing systems including drop-weight towers, torsion systems, temperature chambers, and medical testing equipment Calibrate equipment to applicable standards and prepare ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration reports Troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical devices using schematic and mechanical drawings Train customers on operation and software of machines Coordinate with the service scheduler to execute assignments efficiently across a nationwide territory (90% or more travel)
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience Eligibility to meet A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements Prior experience with universal destructive testing machines and/or technical metrology/calibration highly desired Must be authorized to work in the United States
