• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify potential service needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for every vehicle serviced.
• Keep the workspace organized and uphold safety standards throughout the shop.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs to gain hands-on experience and build your mechanical knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair progress and findings.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working on vehicles.
• Reliable set of hand tools to perform entry-level maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to shop safety protocols and cleanliness.
• Willingness to attend manufacturer training programs.
• Previous experience in a dealership or independent repair shop is a plus.
