In this fully remote position, you'll support customers by providing expert guidance on visa and paperwork requirements, and you'll be responsible for coordinating appointments and managing your own workload. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in English and German, enjoy engaging with people, and have a proactive work ethic.
