Family Care Coordinator

Overview

As a Foster Care Coordinator (FCC), you are responsible for case management and oversight of youth placed in Maple Star certified therapeutic foster homes, as well as supporting Family Care Providers (FCP). You will be involved in service planning, assessments, and weekly contractual contact with youth on your caseload to promote skill development and address behavioral challenges. This position includes an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation, with additional compensation for on-call work.

The role primarily serves youth and families in Marion, Linn, and Lane County.

• Competitive pay starting at $22.50/hour dependent on experience and education level
• This position works from a home office and travels to meet youth in their foster homes and in the community
• Additional pay available for on-call and bi-lingual services

• A Bachelor’s degree with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and 2 years of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults OR
• A Master’s Degree with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and 1 year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
