Compensation

• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C / LCPC / LMFT (independently licensed)
• $45 per billable hour — LMSW / LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings)

Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM. Weekend availability is plus!

We're looking for passionate, licensed therapists (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMSW) to join our remote care team and make a real impact across Illinois.

• 🌍 Fully Remote – Work from anywhere in Maryland
• 🎯 Mission-Driven Work – Help kids and families access compassionate, evidence‑based care
• 📚 Growth & Education – CEU reimbursement, free clinical supervision, and advancement opportunities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
• Target 15-36 sessions/week
• $45–$65 per billable hour
• 401(k) + 3% Company Match

• Must hold one of the following Maryland licenses
  : LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
