Overview
You re ready to move beyond transactional support work where success is measured by ticket volume. You want to genuinely understand the families you work with—proactively address their needs, recognize achievements, and serve as a reliable partner in something meaningful.
GT Anywhere is a virtual learning environment designed for gifted students prepared to advance quickly. We blend AI-driven instruction with personalized coaching to deliver an experience that is both academically demanding and highly individualized. This approach only succeeds when parents feel genuinely supported, well-informed, and treated as true collaborators—not simply processed through a system.
In the role of Parent Success Partner, you will be responsible for the parent relationship. Rather than waiting for issues to surface through a helpdesk, you ll initiate contact, establish trust from the start, and maintain close engagement with families to identify concerns before they grow. You ll acknowledge accomplishments, support parents during challenging moments, and convert positive relationships into lasting retention and referrals.
This position suits someone who values customer success as something human, anticipatory, and relationship-centered. If you ve wanted your work to prioritize people over processes, this is your opportunity.
What You Will Be Doing- Addressing parent inquiries and concerns through email and chat with responsiveness, understanding, and precision
- Recognizing student achievements and growth through personalized, thoughtful outreach
- Building connections among GT families to foster community engagement and program advocacy
- Collecting parent input and delivering actionable insights to leadership for program enhancement
- Developing, updating, and refining parent-facing support documentation and knowledge base materials
- Waiting passively in a support queue for problems to arrive
- Relying on scripted responses or fixed communication templates
- Handling technical troubleshooting or resolving platform-related bugs
- Operating independently—you ll work in close coordination with Academic Advisors and senior leadership
- Viewing families as ticket numbers—each parent represents a genuine, ongoing relationship
