Are you a skilled Case Manager who enjoys working with families? If so, we want you to join the Villages of Indiana as our Case Manager for Family Preservation.
As a Case Manager you will:- Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system
- Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home
- Coordinate community resources for the family
- Develop rapport and use a strengths-based approach with the families and children
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or directly related human service field is required
- If degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required
- Knowledge of community resources
