A company is looking for a Disability Advocate II, a remote position responsible for client liaison and case management in the Social Security disability application process.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 125 - 175 claimants and track referrals from hospitals and other sources Complete and file Social Security forms for applications and appeals, ensuring timely submission Communicate with clients regarding claim status and assist with the completion of necessary documentation

Required Qualifications Some college education or equivalent experience Knowledge of the Social Security application process and disability analysis Ability to follow complex instructions and manage a caseload effectively Willingness to work as part of a team Remote positions require a reliable home internet connection
