Job Summary

The Center for Campus Wellness (CCW) is a confidential and comprehensive wellness office that provides wellness education, trainings and workshops; victim-survivor advocacy services and support; safer sex services for students; alcohol and other drug support services; wellness coaching; basic needs support; resource navigation; and student involvement opportunities.

Job Summary

This office seeks a Manager of the Basic Needs Collective who will also carry a client caseload in a case manager capacity. Committed to taking a holistic approach to support and empower students, faculty and staff who have or are experiencing various types of basic needs insecurity. This position will be responsible for:

* Operational Leadership (30%):
Provides day‑to‑day management and oversight of the Basic Needs Collective program operations.

* Direct Services (15%):
Provide direct basic needs student service support case management

* Staff Supervision & Development (20%):
Leads, supervises, and supports professional staff delivering basic needs support services.

* Program Coordination & Delivery (10%):
Ensures consistent, high‑quality implementation of client work, programming service protocols.

* Assessment, Data, & Reporting (10%):
Supports data collection, evaluation processes, and impact reporting to guide program improvement and demonstrate outcomes.

* Campus Partnerships & Collaboration (10%):
Serves as an operational liaison to campus partners to coordinate services, trainings, and shared basic needs support goals.

* Other directives as assigned (5%)

The Basic Needs Collective program is managed by the Center for Campus Wellness and is designed to provide comprehensive basic needs support and assistance to students and staff. This program provides case management support to help students and staff learn about and connect with campus and community resources to help them meet their basic needs. Supporting basic needs increases retention rates and supports students to graduate.

The program also plays a crucial role in providing low barrier, self-serve access to wellness resources, promoting a campus culture that prioritizes accessibility, stability, and holistic wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be an active participant in serving the mission of the Center for Campus Wellness through campus and community education, advocacy, outreach, and unique events. We seek applicants who are committed to creating and implementing accessible programs and services to our university campus. Applicants should be committed to working with a robust campus community whose experiences, backgrounds and perspectives may be different from their own for the success of all students.

This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Advocacy Services.
