IPMG offers a sign‑on bonus of $1,600 payable within the first 12 months of employment.

This is a full‑time, hybrid role. You will work remotely from your home office and travel up to an hour and a half for community‑based meetings several times a week. Candidates must reside in Indiana or within 10 miles of the state line to accommodate required in‑person meetings.

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family.
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family.
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals.
• Facilitate regular community‑based wraparound team meetings to review the plan of care.

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families.

• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• The ability to pass thorough background checks.
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of experience in clinical, case management, skill‑building, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education in a K‑12 setting.
• A designated home office with a computer, internet service, and smartphone.
