Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. A bachelor's degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master's level qualification. If such supervision is not available, a master's degree in social work or a related discipline is required. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role.

Day In The Life

As a Foster Care Worker, you play a vital role in supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Responsibilities include teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You'll collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care.
