Compensation

  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
  • Average hourly rate: $23.69 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join our dedicated team. A bachelor’s degree in a human service field is acceptable when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification. If such supervision is not available, a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.

Day in the Life
  • Support children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments.
  • Teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for the families and children in their care.
