Required Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services is required;
Master’s degree in these fields is preferred.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.
Work Experience: With a master’s degree – at least three (3) years of progressive employment experience demonstrating supervisory and case management experience. With a bachelor’s degree – at least five (5) years of progressive employment experience demonstrating supervisory and case management experience.
Preferred: Child welfare experience and experience working with immigrant populations.
Employment Type: Full‑Time.

- Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
- Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
- Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
- Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
