What you will do:

* Onboard and train The Fork Partners on The Fork Manager, our restaurant booking management solution (ERB)

* Ensure Partners adopt the tool on a daily basis, helping them streamline and improve their service management

* Guide Partners through their digital transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and strong engagement

* Generate interest by demonstrating the value and opportunities of upgrading their ERB

* Re-train Partners on The Fork Manager and proactively propose refresh sessions whenever needed

* Continuously improve training techniques and identify best practices to maximize impact

* Guarantee an excellent Partner experience throughout the onboarding journey

* Bring structured feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with the Product Team

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

* Native level French and fluency in English

* Strong communication skills and ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders

* Team player mindset: passionate, open-minded, with a touch of humor

* Great stamina and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

You Can Impress With These Additions

* Previous experience in similar roles (training, onboarding, customer success, implementation, support, sales)

* Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce is a strong plus)

* Interest in tech, hospitality, and partner enablement / product adoption
