Implementation Coordinator; Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Coordinator in the United States. The role supports the statewide adoption of Motivational Interviewing (MI) practices within child and family well‑being programs. You will work closely with local and state partners to ensure program fidelity, provide coaching, and coordinate implementation activities across multiple counties.

As a key liaison, you will deliver guidance, feedback, and training to caseworkers and supervisors while tracking program outcomes. This is a full‑time, fully remote position offering a meaningful opportunity to support families and children through structured behavioral interventions.

• Coordinate the implementation of Motivational Interviewing (MI) across assigned cohorts to ensure timely and effective execution
• Serve as a liaison between caseworkers, supervisors, and county leadership to facilitate communication and support
• Conduct MI role‑play sessions and utilize coding software to evaluate participant performance for fidelity adherence
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback on MI best practices
• Manage participant onboarding, scheduling, and preparation for sessions and fidelity activities
• Develop and update quarterly role‑play scenarios reflecting diverse and complex family situations
• Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate records of implementation activities
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to maintain MI and coaching skills and adapt to participant needs

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in social services, clinical, or client‑facing settings; or Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical or client‑facing setting
• Knowledge of child welfare and family well‑being systems, including the Family First Prevention Services Act
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing with experience in coaching or implementation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Competence in synthesizing complex information and providing strategic recommendations
• Basic data analytics skills, including outcome interpretation and reporting
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with experience working with diverse populations
• Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
• Valid NYS Driver's license required
