Case Manager - Family Preservation

Are you a skilled Case Manager who enjoys working with families? If so, we want you to join the Villages of Indiana as our Case Manager for Family Preservation. This role is based out of the Kokomo office, however does require extensive travel to other surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system
• Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home
• Coordinate community resources for the family
• Develop rapport and use a strengths‑based approach with the families and children

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a directly related human services field is required
• If the degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required
• Knowledge of community resources
