Impactful Restorative Justice Coordinator; Adult

The Center for Dialogue and Resolution in Eugene is seeking a candidate for the Adult Restorative Justice program. This role requires collaboration with clients to navigate resources and support community integration after involvement with the justice system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with diverse populations. Familiarity with restorative justice practices and case management is preferred. Some remote work is possible, but at least 3 days a week will be in the office.
