We are recruiting for one of our clients for a temporary position as a social assistant, holder of the State Diploma of Social Service Assistant with experience in corporate social services.
Dates:
From April 13 to May 13, 2026 (High probability of extension) The social service of work in reference to articles L4631-1 and following of the labor code, exercises in respect of professional secrecy (article L411-3 of the code of social action and families). The social assistant of work promotes the social insertion of employees, both at the personal and professional level, and in this capacity participates in the well-being of the employee and the development of the company.
Role
- Social support of employees
- Participation and/or organization of collective information and awareness actions
- Advice to companies on social issues and on the management of internal social actions
- Technical surveillance in order to provide adapted and updated advice
- Sense of service, listening and teamwork
Location and duration: IN PERSON with the possibility of one day of remote work 4 days a week
