Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient & Remote

A private practice behavioral health group in Freehold, New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a full-time hybrid role that takes provider burnout seriously enough to have actually done something about it. Ample charting time is built directly into the schedule. A dedicated administrative assistant handles prior authorizations, client communication, and scheduling. A daily office hour is reserved for administrative tasks, training, and collaboration — so clinical time stays clinical and your personal time stays personal.

The position requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Freehold with the remainder remote, offering the flexibility of a hybrid model alongside a strong $125,000–$150,000 salary, generous PTO, full benefits, and a 401(k) with retirement matching. • Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult and adolescent patients
• Conduct psychiatric case management and maintain accurate clinical records
• Prescribe medications as clinically indicated per state and federal guidelines
• Utilize EMR system for scheduling, telehealth visits, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team inside and outside the practice
• Participate in daily office hours for administrative, training, and collaborative tasks
• Comply with state, federal, and practice confidentiality and compliance standards

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey PMHNP license
• Board Certified PMHNP-BC (required)
• 1–3 years psychiatric NP experience with prescribing to psychiatric population
• Experience in adult and/or child & adolescent psychiatry preferred
• Proficient with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Minimum 2 days/week available for onsite Freehold, NJ location
