Location: Decatur, IL
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Reports To: Intact Supervisor

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement service plans to support family stabilization
- Conduct weekly home visits and outreach activities
- Facilitate healthy interpersonal relationships within families
- Advocate for clients and assist with school adjustment and permanency planning
- Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary staffings and court hearings
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and progress notes
- Collaborate with community agencies to ensure wraparound services
- Participate in training, seminars, and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred) - Experience:
Professional experience in child welfare or family services preferred
Requirements:
- Successfully obtain Intact Specialty Certification
- Valid Illinois driver's license and proof of required auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with home-based services and on‑call duties
