You will facilitate a premium, concierge-level experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by forms or call scripts. You will shepherd the complete admissions journey for each family from initial inquiry through transition, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. Your work includes qualifying prospects, supporting decision-making, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative overhead so your energy remains on what drives results: connection, conversion, and credibility.

• Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
• Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communications, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a premium experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
• Utilizing AI-driven tools and CRM platforms (such as Hub Spot) to sequence tasks, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive administrative work.

• Following scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
• Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental sign-offs or delays caused by others.
• Coordinating campus visits, open house events, or admissions programming — your influence is exercised through direct dialogue, not event management.

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion metrics (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-stage processes from inquiry through completion.
• Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation workflows, and task prioritization strategies.
• Established ability to execute details with precision — encompassing documentation accuracy, follow-up consistency, CRM data integrity, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.

• Professional experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — sectors where confidentiality and refinement are baseline expectations.
