- One Behavioral is expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our dynamic outpatient practice in Houston.
- This full‑time role will involve psychological testing, team management, and direct patient care both in person and via telehealth.
- Administer psychological and neurocognitive testing, both in‑person and through tele‑video technology.
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions using a hybrid approach (tele‑video and in‑person).
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage and supervise a dedicated team, overseeing department logistics and maintaining a supportive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Stay up‑to‑date with testing materials, ensuring inventory is managed and maintained.
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with adult and/or elderly populations in outpatient settings.
- Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems.
- Ability to manage a team with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.
- Must have a private, quiet space to conduct tele‑video sessions from home.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
