Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – $135k - $160k/year

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) will participate in the integrated care team model ponsibilities include:

• Medication management
• Individual psychotherapy
• Family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed
• Customize care plans for each patient
• Maintain clinical documentation and record keeping

Clinicians set their own schedules. Typical hours:
Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No additional on‑call responsibilities.

Licensure – Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts; experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist. New graduates welcome.

Education – Successful completion of PMHNP‑BC examination preferred.

Opportunities to become senior psychotherapist or site supervisor.
