Weekend​/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Job Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Arkansas. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

This is a fee-for-service (W2) position. Total compensation includes flat rate and two bonus opportunities. Range is up to $23,000. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients via video platform.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans per state guidelines.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Adhere to clinical best practices and Thriveworks policies.

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Arkansas.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) in Arkansas.
• Experience diagnosing required.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support).
• Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors.
