Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is looking to grow and needs Home Based Family Caseworkers to build positive behavioral change with families and children. IHBS is a leader in this field and has earned and maintained the Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care. Join our team of over 200 professionals providing cutting‑edge multi‑modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification. Our services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client’s communities and homes.
This opportunity could include working with youth on probation and their families.
Home‑Based Family Caseworker I: $40,000‑$62,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income is $44,900. Starting wages are based on education and experience; the minimum annual wage is $40,000 for full‑time work hours. The pay range, including overtime and bonuses, is $40,000 to $62,000 based on actual income earned.
Home‑Based Family Caseworker II: $35,838‑$50,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) With bonuses and overtime, the average annual income is $43,775. Starting wages are based on education and experience; the minimum annual wage is approximately $35,838 for full‑time work hours. The pay range, including overtime and bonuses, is $35,838 to $50,000 based on actual income earned.
A unique benefit is the opportunity to drive company cars for work purposes; qualified members may pay a fee to use the car for personal use. Based on AAA statistics, a personal use fee could increase total compensation up to $7,000‑$8,000 per year. The fee covers all fuel, maintenance, license and registration. The vehicle can also be used for vacations.
QualificationsHome‑Based Case Worker I must have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Home‑Based Case Worker II must have one of the following:
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience providing services to families
- High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience providing services to families
