Case Manager

Job Summary

TFI Family Services is looking for a full‑time Case Manager to support children and families in Kansas. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field and experience working with children and families.

• Coordinate services and interventions for children and families to promote safe and healthy home environments.
• Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop plans, and advocate for resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to improve clients’ quality of life.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to building families’ strengths.
• Desire to advocate for children and families.
• Must reside in the state of Kansas.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Average hourly rate: $25.33, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, and other compensation.
