YWCA Greater Cincinnati is seeking an Intervention Coordinator to support survivors of IPV in Hamilton County. You will interview individuals who commit IPV, link them to treatment, and coordinate with HCJFS and service providers to enhance family safety.
The role requires working under the Safe and Together model, maintaining confidentiality, and training new staff as needed. The position is full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule, combining on-site and remote work.
