Livonia, MI – Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) – Full Time – $61–$84 per clinical hour (base + commission) – $92,000 - $114,000 total annual compensation – $1,000 sign-on bonus

We want a leadership role where you're not just managing a caseload, but building a team and shaping a clinic.

• Carry a manageable caseload of 20 clients per week
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (LLPC), building to a full team of up to 6 supervises over several months
• Oversee clinic quality of care, documentation, and productivity
• Help shape hiring, training, and team development
• Partner directly with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach

• Active MI LPC license and MI board-approved supervisor status
• 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience (private practice preferred)
• A master's degree or higher in behavioral science field
• Strong working knowledge of Michigan mental health regulations
• A natural mentor — someone who loves pouring into supervises and helping early-career clinicians find their footing
• Comfort working in a role where strong performance is rewarded

• $61–$84 per clinical hour — a clinical base plus commission on every session, with your exact rate depending on payer mix
• $100,000–$114,000 in total annual compensation once you combine clinical pay, your supervision stipend, and benefits
• Supervisor stipend of up to $2,400/month — your pay grows as your team grows to six supervises
• Guaranteed pay during your 4-week onboarding while you build your caseload
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires starting before August 10th, paid after 90 days
