Case Manager – Full Time

Location:

State of Kansas (candidate must reside in Kansas).

• Average hourly rate: $27.02 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
• Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 upfront and $1,500 after 6 months).

We are looking for a full‑time Case Manager who will support children and families by ensuring safe, thriving home environments. The role involves teaching skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication, while working as part of a team to access, plan, and advocate for improved quality of life.

• Work with children and families to promote healthy, safe home environments.
• Teach and model emotion regulation, relationship building, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop plans, and advocate for services.
• Build on family strengths and connect families to community resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and strong desire to advocate for children and families.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
