Job Overview
Full‑time Case Manager position at TFI Family Services. Average hourly rate $27.02 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). Must reside in Kansas.
Responsibilities- Work with children and families to ensure safe and thriving home environments.
- Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
- Collaborate with team members to assess, plan, and advocate for clients to improve their quality of life.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Compassionate, eager to learn, and strong desire to advocate for children and families.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- Must live in Kansas.
- Flexible scheduling and remote work options.
- 20 days personal leave in first year, 25 days after first year.
- 12 paid holidays.
- Longevity bonus and tuition reimbursement.
