GT Independence seeks an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers who will receive financial management services under the self-direction model of care.
You will educate consumers and facilitate understanding of self-direction, advocate for self-direction, and ensure enrollment documents are complete while maintaining confidentiality. Frequent travel to community settings is required.
